Eagle Hill Consulting, based in Arlington, has received the 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplaces Culture Excellence award from Energage, a workplace research and recognition organization, in partnership with Innovation Women.
The award honors companies led by women that have developed strong internal workplace cultures. Winners are selected exclusively through employee survey responses.
The recognition marks another accolade for the consulting firm, which has previously earned recognition from USA Today, Forbes, The Washington Business Journal and Vault. The company employs staff across offices in the Washington D.C. area, Boston and Seattle.
Melissa Jezior, president and CEO of Eagle Hill Consulting, said the award reflects the culture the company's team has built collaboratively.
"Creating a strong and enduring workplace culture requires listening to employees and acting on their feedback," Jezior said. "We also focus on ensuring our employees have opportunities to grow, the support they need to do their best work, and a voice in shaping our company."
Jezior added that the company believes this approach contributes to employees building rewarding careers while delivering results for clients.
Eric Rubino, chief executive officer of Energage, noted that Top Workplaces awards carry particular weight because they derive directly from employee input.
"In today's market, leaders must ensure they're allowing employees to have a voice and be heard," Rubino said. "That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends."
Eagle Hill Consulting provides management consulting services in organizational performance, business intelligence, technology enablement, talent development and change management. The firm works with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and global nonprofits.
Energase bases its Top Workplaces rankings on research spanning two decades and feedback from approximately 30 million employees across more than 80,000 organizations. The company uses survey data and analytical tools to help organizations measure employee engagement and receive employer recognition based on workplace culture metrics.
