Former Florida legislator Mike Beltran is seeking to oust 10-term Democratic incumbent Kathy Castor in the 14th Congressional District, arguing she has been ineffective and out of touch with constituents.
Beltran criticized Castor as a "socialist" rubber-stamp with "precious little to show" for her two decades in office.
