New York City is exploring whether it can arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits for the United Nations General Assembly, Mayor Zohran Mamdani said.
The city is looking into the possibility of arresting Netanyahu over an International Criminal Court warrant, Mamdani said.
