Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce appeared together publicly for the first time since their wedding, attending the ceremony of Kansas City Chiefs teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster and Laura Kruk last Friday.
Swift wore a strapless floor-length gown with intricate floral brocade and her signature red lip. Kelce wore tailored suiting. The couple sat alongside Patrick and Brittany Mahomes throughout the event.
Details of their July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden emerged in days following the ceremony, including a since-deleted Instagram post from AMC Theaters CEO Adam Aron describing the transformation of the arena.
The venue was draped entirely in peach and white. Enormous blown-up photographs of Swift and Kelce from infancy through their late teenage years lined the venue, creating a visual timeline of their lives before they met.
Designers created an outdoor garden setting indoors, complete with real flowers and artificial trees draped in green and white. The basketball and hockey courts were cordoned off. Fifteen rows of approximately 75 seats each accommodated roughly 1,000 guests while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.
Swift wore a white Christian Dior Haute Couture wedding dress with an extended veiled train. Kelce wore a white Christian Dior Haute Couture tuxedo. Swift's shoes were custom Christian Louboutin, and her jewelry came from Cartier.
Actor Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, which featured soft romantic songs as guests arrived, followed by violins and cello for the wedding party.
According to Aron's account, the couple's vows were "long, entertaining, personal, charming, emotional, irreverent and endearing." Their first kiss was described as one that "swept you off your feet."
Swift's brother Austin served as her Man of Honor, breaking with tradition. Kelce's brother Jason was best man, and Jason's four daughters with his wife Kylie served as flower girls.
The reception featured what Aron described as "superb food and drink" and "music, music, music."
Kylie Kelce, speaking at the American Century Championship golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, called the wedding "incredible."
At Smith-Schuster's wedding, Swift and Kelce attended as guests witnessing someone else's celebration.
