Mixxers, a Massachusetts-based cocktail brand, has earned dual honors from KeHE Distributors, one of North America's largest natural and specialty food distributors. The company was named a Golden Ticket winner and accepted into KeHE's 2026 Elevate⢠Program, a competitive initiative designed to fast-track emerging brands into national retail distribution.
The recognition comes as the company prepares for nationwide expansion. Mixxers reimagined traditional cocktail mixers by powdering the concept. The format uses real fruit and organic ingredients with less than 10 grams of sugar per drink on average. Consumers add water and spiritsāor skip alcohol entirelyāto create beverages anywhere: at a campsite, on a hike or in their kitchen.
The powdered format reduces packaging waste and eliminates half-empty bottles cluttering refrigerators, addressing both convenience and sustainability concerns.
The Golden Ticket opens doors to KeHE's network of more than 30,000 retail locations, including independent shops and regional chains. Mixxers gains access to launch through up to 12 distribution centers. The Elevate⢠selection provides strategic guidance, mentorship and heightened visibility within a selective group of brands reshaping their categories.
Kara Potter, Mixxers' founder, said the recognition validates that the brand is changing how people think about mixed drinks. The company, which launched less than 18 months ago, is a certified women-owned business.
Mixxers plans a phased rollout beginning with select regions and store formats where customers value convenience, clean ingredients and innovative solutions.
