A Potts Law Firm lawsuit filed against FedEx and one of its drivers alleges the driver fell asleep behind the wheel, causing a rear-end collision that resulted in catastrophic injuries.
The suit was filed in Houston on Aug. 31, 2026. According to the complaint, the driver admitted to falling asleep, which led to the crash.
