Pollo Campero is rolling out its Everything Queso menu this fall at participating locations nationwide, bringing back the queso bacon chicken sandwich that customers have requested since it left the menu.
The new offerings expand beyond the returning sandwich to include queso-topped versions of french fries and yuca fries, giving customers multiple ways to enjoy the cheese-based dishes.
"Our guests have been asking for the return of our Queso Bacon Chicken Sandwich since the moment it left the menu," said Karla Patino, vice president of marketing and sales at Pollo Campero. "Our Everything Queso menu is all about layering flavor and creamy texture onto the Campero Chicken Sandwich, french fries and yuca fries, to give guests even more ways to enjoy the menu items they already love."
Founded in Guatemala in 1971, Pollo Campero has grown into a major player in the fast-casual dining landscape. The chain operates more than 350 locations across six countries, with over 150 restaurants in the United States. It serves approximately 80 million customers annually.
The brand specializes in authentic Central American cuisine, featuring chicken fried and roasted according to methods passed down through decades. The offerings are available while supplies last.
