Wisconsin congressional candidate Rebecca Cooke said her party has abandoned rural and working-class voters and explained how she plans to reconnect with them as a Blue Dog Democrat.
Cooke, seeking to bridge the gap between Democrats and rural communities, said the party needs to refocus on the concerns of Americans outside major metropolitan areas.
