LiberNovo is launching its Fall Prime Sale with discounts up to 37% on ergonomic seating as companies finalize their workspace strategies around hybrid schedules.
The sale runs Sept. 30 through Oct. 14 across the company's US and Canadian sites, with the deepest discounts on Oct. 6 and 7. LiberNovo makes ergonomic chairs designed for people who spend extended time sitting, particularly in home offices or shared workspaces.
The shift to hybrid work has changed how employers think about their office footprints and employee comfort. Over recent years, most offices have been restructured around hybrid schedules, with employees splitting time between home and office in ways previously uncommon.
The company's Maxis line targets taller and larger users with a wider seat. The Maxis Manual starts at $939 US and $1,349 Canadian, dropping to $849 and $1,239 during the flash sale. The Maxis Electric, featuring motorized lumbar support and recovery stretch mode, opens at $1,209 US and $1,739 Canadian, dropping to $1,099 and $1,579. The top-tier Maxis Airflow adds a ventilation system and opens at $1,429 US and $2,039 Canadian, dropping to $1,299 and $1,859.
The company also offers the Omni Pro, Omni Gen and Omni SE models designed for different body types, budgets and work styles. The Pro version includes motorized lumbar support, while the SE is hand-adjusted and priced lower.
LiberNovo designs and builds its own chairs using what it calls the Bionic FlexFit Backrest system, which flexes with the spine instead of forcing the spine to fit a fixed shape. When reclining, the headrest and armrests move with the user to maintain support. The Maxis line features a five-stage controlled recline system ranging from 105 to 160 degrees.
The headrest supports the neck rather than sitting behind the skull, with its angle adjusting as users recline and sit upright. The seat foam is multi-density—firmer at the back to support sitting bones and softer at the front to reduce thigh pressure. Motorized models include an OmniStretch Recovery Mode that runs a guided back stretch.
LiberNovo is offering three gift tiers at different spending thresholds: the Smart Entry Bundle at $800 US and $1,200 Canadian; the Eco-Comfort Upgrade Kit at $1,000 and $1,400; and the Ergo-to-Go Travel Suite at $1,200 and $1,700. US customers can use the Spend & Save promotion for $60 off orders of $2,000 or more, $100 off at $3,000 and $180 off at $4,000.
Companies purchasing five or more chairs receive tiered pricing. The company notes that fall is when most organizations spend down annual budgets, specify workstations and lock in employee wellbeing programs for January.
