Dr. Phil McGraw is calling the Lindsay Clancy case a "psychiatric emergency that wasn't treated as such" and warning of a potential copycat effect.
McGraw said there was "a failure here" in the handling of the case, which he described as a "teachable moment" regarding postpartum psychosis.
