Los Angeles will host one of the world's most influential automotive showcases this November, with ticket sales now open for the 2026 Los Angeles Auto Show running Nov. 20-29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Multiple ticket options are available, including single-day passes, opening day admission, weekday-only access, weekend priority entry, family four-packs and VIP guided tours. Select ticket categories offer a 10% discount through Aug. 14.
But the real story lies in the numbers. According to Experian data reported by the Greater Los Angeles New Car Dealer Association, California leads all U.S. states in new vehicle purchases. More striking: Los Angeles and Orange counties alone registered 595,112 new vehicles in 2025—a volume that exceeds the total new car registrations of most individual states.
This concentration of purchasing power explains why global automakers prioritize Southern California. The region functions as a bellwether market, with trends validated here in November frequently cascading nationwide before spring, making the LA Auto Show far more than a regional event.
Over 10 days, buyers can experience vehicles across multiple categories without typical dealership friction. The show floor allows consumers to test-drive full-size trucks, electric crossovers and hybrid sedans from different manufacturers within a single hour, all from the same location without appointment requirements or credit applications.
All driving experiences are included with general admission. VIP Guided Tours led by automotive experts are available separately and also include a full show ticket.
Chevron and Techron, announced as 2026 sponsors in July, are designing dedicated on-site experiences featuring next-generation Techron products, expanded family programming and ticketing incentives. Details will be announced prior to the show.
